Hearts In Tension is a groundbreaking, biblically rooted talk show hosted by reconciliation coach Jessie Perez. In each episode, Jessie brings people together in the middle of their conflict—whether it’s family struggles, friendship fallouts, or workplace tension—and helps them navigate the hard conversations we often avoid. With her expertise as a certified True Colors facilitator and her gift for creating safe spaces, Jessie uses hot-seat coaching, faith-based tools, and authentic dialogue to break down walls and build bridges.
At its core, Hearts In Tension is about turning division into connection and pain into possibility. Jessie’s mission is to remind us that reconciliation isn’t just possible—it’s powerful, healing, and essential for living a full and joyful life.

If you have a conflict you would like to overcome, you have come to the right place!
Submit your digital casting call submission online before December 30th for consideration to be invited on the show for the January 11th filming.
Instructions:
  • Record a 2 minute or less video explaining the conflict
  • Upload the video to YouTube (can be private with access by those who have the link) and provide the link to the video in your completed submission form.
  • Use the Casting Submission button to submit for the show.
